Quantity Surveyor - CONTRACT

Fire & Building Automation Projects

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Germany. This position plays a key role in delivering fire alarm, PAVA (public address/voice alarm), and gas detection systems on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for technical installation projects
• Support tender documentation and competitive bids
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct site surveys to validate progress and quantities
• Deliver detailed cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HSE, pharma standards)
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven QS experience in fire systems, building automation, or MEP projects
• Strong contract, procurement, and financial management skills
• German & English fluency (mandatory)
