Quantity Surveyor

Title: Quantity Surveyor – Kent | Tier 1 Main Contractor



Location: Kent

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package (DOE)



About the Role:

We’re currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a range of projects across Kent and the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QS looking to work on high-value schemes, including commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.



You’ll be joining a supportive commercial team, working on projects from pre-construction through to final accounts, with genuine long-term career progression opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:

Managing project costs, budgets, and subcontractor accounts

Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts



*



Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success



*



Maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships



About You:



*



3–7 years’ experience within a main contractor environment



*



Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts



*



Excellent attention to detail and communication skills



*



Ambitious and keen to progress within a leading contractor
