Quantity Surveyor Construction (Build) Competitive Salary up to £65,000 plus Car/Allowance and package The Company: Are you an Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Would you like to play a part in the development of Premier League Football Club Then this could be the new role for you Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £20 million. Following a the delivery of an initial project, our client has secured their 2nd scheme for a Midlands Premier League Football Club on a negotiated basis. This is a £10 million scheme and you will report to a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About You: • Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million. • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor • Reside within commutable distance of Birmingham. • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
