Quantity Surveyor

A main building contractor are seeking to appoint a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based at their office in West London. The projects this company undertakes are varied although with a predominance towards new build social housing schemes for local authorities, usually valued in the £5M-£10M range. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate a stable employment history with main contractors on building works which should include new build residential. Role is offered on a salaried package basis
