Quantity Surveyor

Involve Recruitment are working with a well-established refurbishment specialist contractor based in Bridgend, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic & exciting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial refurbishment projects across South Wales.



Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents



*



Managing subcontractor packages and procurement



*



Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance



*



Conducting site visits and liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams



*



Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations



Requirements:



*



Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within the refurbishment or fit-out sector



*



Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills



*



Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects



*



Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
