Quantity Surveyor

Known for delivering expert cost management and project consultancy services across a wide range of sectors with a specific focus on the high end residential sector. About the Role:



The consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting clients through every stage of the construction process. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to progress their career within a reputable consultancy environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents



Conduct cost planning and feasibility studies



Manage the procurement process and tender evaluations



Perform contract administration and cost control



Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes



Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports



Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery



Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards



Requirements:



Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited )



Minimum 3 Years UK experience in a Quantity Surveying role



Strong understanding of UK construction contracts (JCT)



Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills



Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines



RICS membership or working towards APC ( but not essential)
