Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s top 5 developers, contributing to the successful delivery of two high-performing housing sites. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will bring a strong track record in managing various project phases, along with proven expertise in infrastructure packages and the tendering process.



Key Requirements:



* 5+ years’ experience within volume housing.



* Experience in dealing with infrastructure packages



* Timber Frame & traditional build exposure



* Used to a fast-paced environment.
