Quantity Surveyor - Fire Remediation Projects - North East London



Take full commercial ownership of critical recladding and fire remediation schemes with a leading main contractor. This is a long-term rolling contract role based in North East London.



What You'll Be Doing



Managing projects end-to-end, from procurement through to final accounts

Tendering, estimating and budgeting for works and consultant packages

Handling PCSA processes and consultant appointments

Ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire safety requirements

Monitoring costs, valuations and variations across live projects

Package



£300-£350/day

Rolling contract

Office based in North East London

What We're Looking For



Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience

Confident across procurement, cost management and contract administration

Strong understanding of numbers and commercial processes

Willing to work on fire remediation and recladding schemes

Within commuting distance of North East London
