A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary Construction and Real Estate consultancy based in London are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Operating in the Commercial sector and offering a full range of consultancy services, they are well positioned to build on their strong reputation in the market. With several long-term, ongoing projects, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that offers both stability and excellent APC support. About the Role

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with project teams and clients, supporting projects through pre- and post-contract stages. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:



* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans across a variety of projects



* Managing tender processes, procurement, and contract administration



* Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts



* Monitoring project costs and valuations, ensuring financial control throughout delivery



* Supporting clients in achieving value for money while maintaining quality standards



* Preparing interim and final accounts



* Working closely with senior colleagues and supporting junior team members where appropriate



About the Requirements



* Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline



* Working towards MRICS or eager to complete APC (full support provided)



* Previous experience within a consultancy environment is



* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills



* Experience within the Commercial sector (fit out experience advantageous)



* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build client relationships



* Proactive attitude, with responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs



About the Salary

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, up to £55,000. Additional benefits include:
