Key Responsibilities



Stakeholder Engagement



Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and timely reporting.

Cost Management & Reporting



Provide accurate financial data to site teams and commercial leads.



Prepare monthly valuations and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Control



Maintain the change register and manage contract variations in line with project requirements.

Procurement



Lead subcontractor procurement and administration.



Manage orders, payments, and ensure value through the supply chain.

Contract & Risk Management



Review risk registers and address emerging issues.



Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and monitor financial impacts.

Team Collaboration



Support operational teams with contract correspondence.



Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to resource planning.

Continuous Improvement



Work closely with the wider business to enhance commercial processes and drive innovation.

What You'll Bring



Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.



Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.



Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate cost reporting.



Experience with CVRs and commercial systems.



Previous experience in a QS or Assistant QS role.



Professional membership (e.g. RICS) is advantageous.
