With an expanding portfolio in London and the Southeast, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.



Responsibilities



* Provide accurate cost advice and cost planning from project inception to completion



* Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities



* Conduct valuations, assess variations, and manage final accounts



* Advise on procurement strategies and risk management



* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success



About the Requirements



* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline



* MRICS qualified or progressing towards chartership



* Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement routes



* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills



* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a team environment
