Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a quantity surveyor to help deliver several earthworks & civil engineering schemes across the UK. You will be based on site in Cheshire.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

* Budgeting & Cost estimating.

* Drafting and managing contracts.

* Controlling and monitoring cost.

* Liaising with clients / main contractors.

* Daily meetings with internal commercial team.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

* Degree in quantity surveying.

* 3-5 years experience as a quantity surveyor on civils / earthworks schemes.
