Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)



Join our client's specialist team working in fire ventilation and mechanical/electrical projects, based from their Harlow office. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with around 2 years' experience looking to grow their career in a niche and important sector.



About the role:



Support cost planning, procurement, and contract management for fire ventilation and M&E projects

Provide commercial advice to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget

Work closely with a skilled team focused on safety-critical building servicesAbout you:



2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with mechanical/electrical and fire ventilation exposure

RICS membership or working towards it is a bonus but not essential

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organised approach

Based in or willing to work from the Harlow office, with good London accessWhat we offer:
