If you're passionate about delivering high-quality housing and want to work on projects that directly improve lives, this is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management and cost control of multiple social housing projects - from initial award through to final account. You'll ensure commercial success by providing timely and accurate cost reporting, managing subcontractor procurement, and negotiating effectively with clients and supply chain partners.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nManaging the commercial performance of allocated projects, including CVRs, forecasts, and final accounts\nOverseeing financial documentation in line with internal reporting schedules\nSupporting procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers in conjunction with the Procurement Team\nHandling variations, loss and expense claims, and re-measurements to ensure optimal financial outcomes\nCommunicating project progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountabilityAbout You:\n\nTo thrive in this role, you will bring:\n\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing or a similar construction environment\nBe degree qualified \nStrong knowledge of measurement, valuation, and cost control processes\nExcellent understanding of budget management, CVRs, and financial forecasting\nExperience with responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance projects\nProficiency with relevant IT systems and software packages\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills \n\nIf you're looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.\n\nClick Apply Now to submit your CV now
