A dynamic Construction Consultancy in London is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects , including exciting hotel refurbishments , as well as care homes, education, private residential, student accommodation, and rental schemes ranging from £1m - £30m . The Quantity Surveyor Role This is not your typical Quantity Surveyor role where you're stuck on a single project for years. Here, you'll have the thrill of managing multiple projects , seeing them from inception to completion, and knowing that your work is shaping the London skyline . As a Quantity Surveyor , you will:? Oversee 1-3 live projects , gaining valuable multi-project experience.? Mentor the firm's summer student, enhancing your leadership and management skills .? Enjoy a flexible working approach , splitting your time between the office, home, and site visits.? Work closely with supportive Directors , offering mentorship while also giving you the autonomy to run your own projects.
