Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of our clients office in Tonbridge and would require travel to Folkestone and Dover.



Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + pkg



Duties



* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental objectives



* Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation



* On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required



* Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control



* On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work and provide evidence for resolution of disputes



* Preparation of estimates and analysing sub-contractors quotations



* Preparation and agreeing variation accounts and the preparation and agreeing of interim valuations and final accounts



* Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors



* Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure



Requirements



* Experience working on heavy civil projects and working with the NEC form of contract.



* Full UK Driving Licence
