The Quantity Surveyor Role



The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of exciting projects including commercial offices, residential developments, mixed-use schemes, and industrial builds. Operating in both pre and post contract stages, the Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from feasibility through to final account, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team.



This fully remote role is ideal for a confident Quantity Surveyor who thrives when trusted to work independently, while still benefiting from regular collaboration, mentorship, and a strong team culture. The team meets in London only when needed, allowing for true flexibility and work-life balance.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements



BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)

3+ years' UK consultancy experience

Strong cost planning and post-contract knowledge

Able to manage projects independently

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

MRICS or working towards chartershipIn Return?



£45,000 - £55,000

Fully remote working
