Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We're working with a well-established, employee-owned consultancy in Exeter that's continuing to grow its regional cost management team. They're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a broad range of projects across the South West.\n\nYou'll be involved in both pre- and post-contract stages, working on schemes across sectors such as residential, education, healthcare, and commercial. You'll work closely with senior team members while also managing your own smaller projects and client relationships.\n\nWhat you'll need:\n\n3+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role\n\nA relevant degree (Quantity Surveying or similar)\n\nGood understanding of NEC and JCT contracts\n\nIdeally working toward MRICS\n\nComfortable handling key stages of the cost plan and reporting\n\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)\n\nDiscretionary bonus\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nEnhanced pension scheme\n\nHybrid/flexible working\n\nSupport with APC and long-term career development\n\nFor more info or a confidential chat, contact Max Condie on (phone number removed)
