Quantity Surveyor

SSA have partnered up with a leading Civils construction company that are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join their Kettering Office. They specialize in:



Infrastructure

Highways & S278 (including road improvement and related works)

Industrial & Commercial projects

Flood Defence

Bridges & Structures They are looking for you to assist in their current-upcoming projects in the North West in which they are the main contractor.



Requirements: 



Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field

3+ years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial reporting tools

Strong communication and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence This company provides hybrid working as your will be allowed a minimum of two days a week working from home. They offer a competitive salary depending on experience as well as car allowance and other benefits.
