Quantity Surveyor

An established and reputable main contractor in the East of England is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors.



The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the full range of commercial and cost control duties across the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial efficiency, accurate reporting, and successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and valuations

Procuring and managing subcontractor packages



*



Assessing and processing payments, variations, and final accounts



*



Producing monthly cost reports and forecasts



*



Supporting tender and bid submissions as required



What We’re Looking For:



*



Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor



*



Strong knowledge of JCT contracts



*



Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills



*



Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline ()



*



Full UK driving licence

Salary from £60,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
