Quantity Surveyor

4site Recruitment are working with a leading super prime residential contractor to find a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. You’ll play a key role in delivering some of London’s most prestigious high-end residential projects, with strong opportunities for development and long-term progression.

Responsibilities



Manage cost control across luxury residential schemes from start to finish



Assist with procurement, tendering, and subcontractor packages



Conduct site valuations, cost forecasting, and financial reporting



Prepare and negotiate interim applications and final accounts



Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and design professionals



Maintain accurate commercial records using Excel and internal systems



Attend site regularly while benefiting from hybrid work options once established



Requirements



Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on UK-based projects



High-end or super prime residential experience strongly



Open to candidates from broader residential backgrounds with strong commercial acumen



Proficient in Excel and confident managing documentation digitally



Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills



Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented



Degree or formal qualification in Quantity Surveying welcomed but not essential



Must be eligible to work in the UK
