The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with operational teams to manage costs, contracts, and client relationships. You’ll be given autonomy and the support needed to progress within the business. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans Procure and manage subcontractor packages Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts Ensure projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Requirements: Proven experience in civil engineering or groundworks Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset What’s on Offer: Competitive salary (£50,000 - £75,000 depending on experience) Comprehensive package Long-term career progression A friendly, forward-thinking company culture
