Quantity Surveyor – Renewable Energy (FEED to Post-Contract)

Hybrid – London Office & WFH

£45,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pre-Contract: Cost estimates, budgeting, and risk analysis during FEED
• Post-Contract: Forecasting, cost management, reporting, and commercial control
• Contract Management: NEC3/4 administration, variations, and compensation events
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Comfortable across both pre- and post-contract phases
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
• Full UK driver’s license
