TalentOne Recruitment and Staffing is looking for a Quality Systems Manager for a Food Manufacturing Company in the city of Vernon, CA.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) (Must be flexible)

Pay: $80 - $90k (D.O.E)

The Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of systems and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory, and company standards related to ingredient and supplier qualification. As well as overseeing the administration and continuous improvement of documentation systems, supplier audits, and quality data platforms. You will also serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and supplier performance while working in the office filling necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related).
• 3+ years’ experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• 3+ years of experience with regulatory compliance and process requirements (FSMA, USDA – FSIS, FDA, CFIA, PCQI, SQF, & HACCP).
• Knowledge of quality systems software such as TraceGrains, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
