Job Description

• Durchführung der Geräteendkontrolle all unserer Produkte vor Auslieferung an den Kunden
• Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Geräte und Anlagen beim Kunden vor Ort
• Unterstützung unserer Kunden mittels remote Troubleshooting über Videokonferenz, Telefon oder E-Mail
• Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und ggf. Reparaturmaßnahmen bei unseren Kunden
• Technische Unterweisungen des Kundenpersonals in die Handhabung unserer Geräte und Anlagen
• Ggf. Unterstützung bei technischen Schulungen
