Job Title: Quality Operations Manager

Location: Sunman, IN

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (Depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Quality Operations Manager who brings structure, precision, and leadership to the table. If you thrive on maintaining quality standards, streamlining operations, and supporting people along the way, this could be your next move.

This role is at the core of our operational excellence. You’ll lead quality and calibration initiatives, support ISO 17025 compliance, and oversee day-to-day workflows—while also contributing to employee training and light HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Calibration Oversight

• Manage ISO/IEC 17025 calibration processes and documentation
• Lead internal audits and assist with external audit readiness
• Maintain compliance records and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with technicians to uphold consistent quality across services

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily workflows, internal scheduling, and service coordination
• Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure timely follow-up on client needs, orders, and service delivery
• Support coordination between customer-facing teams and internal staff

Training & Employee Support

• Help onboard and train new hires on processes and quality standards
• Maintain SOPs, training logs, and skill development records
• Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement and performance feedback

HR Assistance (Light)

• Assist with job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling
• Help maintain HR documentation and compliance files
• Support internal communication and team morale initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience in quality, operations, or calibration environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ISO 17025, QMS, or quality control systems
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data tracking, reporting)
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• ISO 17025 auditing or documentation experience
• Background in calibration, lab operations, or manufacturing
• OSHA/safety training or compliance experience
• Familiarity with project management or quality software (e.g., Trello, Asana, QMS platforms)
• HR, training, or onboarding experience is a definite plus
