This role will be responsible for leading the site’s quality program, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in manufacturing environments, quality systems, and team leadership. Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Quality Manager . Pay rate starts at $110000

Responsibilities:

• Define inspection plans, testing methods, and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external certification audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes to identify, document, and resolve product nonconformities and process failures.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement projects to reduce defects.
• Collaborate with purchasing to evaluate, audit, and improve the quality performance of suppliers.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma
• Prior leadership experience in a quality role in Manufacturing
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
