Quality Manager – Manufacturing Excellence



Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for quality management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a talented team of Quality Technicians and Engineers, ensuring the highest standards of quality across every stage of production.



What You’ll Do:



Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Quality professionals, driving quality management initiatives and best practices.



Oversee and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in quality processes.



Develop and implement robust quality management systems, processes, and controls.



Foster a culture of quality and sustainability throughout the manufacturing operations.



Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to address complex quality challenges.



What We’re Looking For:



Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.



Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and quality assurance practices.



Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence in quality.
