Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Onsite in Kansas City, MO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the organization to ensure products and services meet internal and external standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS).

• Lead internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory) and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Manage document control and ensure proper documentation of procedures, policies, and standards.

• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and complaints.

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control.

• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO).

• Experience with quality tools

• Mechancial and/or Electical background

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
