This role is a hybrid role at our Nekoosa and Wisconsin Rapids location. While we are open to our M2S Group headquarter location in Appleton, preference is to be located at our Nekoosa headquarters.

What You’ll Do

As our next Quality Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of quality engineers.
  • Own and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) across the sites.
  • Champion a data-driven, customer-focused quality culture.
  • Partner with teams across operations, supply chain, commercial, and R&D.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and lead root-cause investigations.
  • Maintain and report key quality metrics to senior leadership.
  • Lead our plants toward quality metric achievement, including: >99.5% Q-Metric performance, <30-day claim closures, and 10% annual reductions in customer credits.

What You’ll Lead

  • Company-wide QMS standardization and performance improvement plans.
  • A cross-functional effort to identify and implement 3+ new quality innovations within 12 months.
  • Development programs to boost internal knowledge and compliance across departments.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in quality, engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles; 3+ years leading teams in manufacturing or operations.
  • degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Printing, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field. Associate degree and/or a combination of relevant industry experience in lieu of a four-year degree.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with QMS, root cause tools, and quality software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data dashboards.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
