Quality Manager (TQM) - Permanent - Doncaster\n\nManufacturing and Distribution\n\n£50,000 - £55,000pa\nOur leading client are seeking an Quality Manager (TQM) who will lead the Quality Assurance strategy across the organisation - driving a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance with ISO standards.\n\nThe role will focus on reducing errors, improving processes, and embedding quality across all functions, including operations, sales, and procurement.\n\nDuties\n\n * Lead and implement the company’s Quality Assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.\n\n * Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all sites and departments.\n\n * Identify high-risk or high-error areas and implement targeted improvement plans.\n\n * Facilitate Kaizen events, Lean projects, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.\n\n * Lead cross-functional problem-solving workshops involving production, quality, and operational teams.\n\n * Promote structured root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.\n\n * Plan and carry out BSI internal audits across the organisation (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 as applicable).\n\n * Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.\n\n * Support external audits and maintain certification readiness.\n\nExperience\n\n * Proven experience in a Quality / TQM / Continuous Improvement leadership role.\n\n * Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 essential; 14001/45001 desirable).\n\n * Experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.\n\n * Ability to analyse data and drive decisions using KPI trends.\n\n * Strong leadership and influencing skills.\n\nQualifications\n\n * Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline (desirable).\n\n * Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) .\n\n * Internal Auditor qualification (ISO standards) desirable.\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now and a member of our team will contact you.\n\nStart People ltd is acting as an employment agency in relation to this role - OPSPT
