Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Didcot. The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality systems across M&E works, with a strong focus on compliance and delivery on Grid projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control processes on site Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and Grid requirements Carry out audits, inspections, and reviews of M&E works Manage ITPs, NCRs, and corrective/preventative actions Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Manager within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects Previous experience working on Grid projects (essential) Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Company information At First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
