Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Didcot. The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality systems across M&E works, with a strong focus on compliance and delivery on Grid projects.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control processes on site

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and Grid requirements

Carry out audits, inspections, and reviews of M&E works

Manage ITPs, NCRs, and corrective/preventative actions

Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Quality Manager within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects

Previous experience working on Grid projects (essential)

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards

Excellent communication and organisational skills
