SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Manager to ensure our food products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality. This role will oversee quality assurance and control across all production phases and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System to ensure regulatory compliance and product consistency.
  • Lead quality assurance and control protocols across raw materials, in-process checks, and finished products.
  • Conduct audits, traceability checks, and corrective/preventive actions to address quality deviations.
  • Manage product testing and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for audits or inspections.
  • Collaborate with Operations to integrate quality improvements and lean principles into daily workflows.
  • Train and mentor staff in quality standards, GMP, sanitation, and safety practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, customers, and regulatory inspectors.
  • Promote a plant-wide culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing or production environments.
  • Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, GFSI standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly .
