QUALITY MANAGER (250617)

Responsible for the overall performance of the Quality Management System certified to ISO9000/AS9100 as well as compliance with regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.

Working knowledge and experience with:

Standards:  ISO9000, AS9100, Military Standards, IPC 610, 620, J-STD-001

Regulatory compliance:  REACH, RoHS, ITAR, EAR, Conflict Minerals, etc.

Quality inspection and test, First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102

Internal audit

Risk analysis and mitigation

Requirements identification and analysis

Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Visio, Adobe Acrobat

Understanding of:

Quality Management systems, quality principles, continuous improvement processes

Document Control and Configuration Management

Problem solving, Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA), root cause analysis, complaints

Nonconforming product/process handling and Material Review Board (MRB)

Metrics and Key Process Indicators (KPI)

Coordinate Measurement System (CMS) / Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) a plus

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) a plus

Cybersecurity and Digital Product Definition (DPD) a plus

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Advanced 

     Product Quality Planning (APQP) a plus

Candidate Characteristics:

Prior experience in quality management in Aerospace/Defense environments a plus

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team player, strong interpersonal skills

Keen attention to detail
