Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead the quality management team and oversee all quality-related functions to support ongoing growth. This key leadership role includes full ownership of our ISO 9001 certification and internal quality processes. Hands-on training and support will be provided by the current Quality Manager through the end of 2025, after which this role will assume full responsibility.

Duties:
Including but not limited to:

  • Maintain and lead all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Serve as the primary contact for quality audits and lead the ISO 9001 recertification audit (January 2026).
  • Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to quality.
  • Address and resolve internal and external quality issues.
  • Work directly with customers and vendors on quality-related matters.
  • Oversee measuring tool calibration, welder continuity logs, and weld certificates.
  • Supervise 2–4 direct reports across both east and west campuses.
  • Develop and implement new quality processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Promote and enforce high-quality standards by ensuring all team members understand and follow the quality management system.
  • Carry full responsibility for the overall quality of the organization.
  • Report directly to Ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality management (manufacturing environment ).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Leadership or management experience.
  • Ability to read and translate quality manuals into everyday processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including:
    • Clearly communicating quality-related issues to team members.
    • Implementing corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
    • Self-motivated with a desire to improve and grow with the company.
    • High-level understanding of manufacturing/fabrication processes.
