Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and strengthen quality systems at our Bolton facility. This role will lead a small team, ensure compliance with industry standards, and partner with operations to drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and eager to guide both people and processes.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the quality team, ensuring alignment with company and customer standards.
• Manage compliance with AS9100 and related quality certifications, audits, and documentation.
• Oversee inspection processes, calibration schedules, and test equipment requirements.
• Work closely with production and engineering to address nonconformances and prevent recurrence.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues, supplier performance, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineering or management role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of QMS standards (AS9100 or ISO 9001) and audit processes.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and quality reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
