Location: Washington, Indiana | Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong automotive background to lead quality initiatives and ensure top-notch standards.Must-Have Qualifications:

• Automotive experience required
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager (no Group or Team Leads)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
• Expertise in APQP process, documentation, and PPAP submittals

Experience:

• 5 years in Quality Control (education may substitute)
• Launching new Quality Control programs
• Manufacturing processes, tooling, SPC, and quality control methods
• Injection plastics and urethane process experience
• Exposure to a multicultural plant/office environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead all quality-related processes and teams
• Ensure compliance with industry and internal standards
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Excel-based metrics and reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support APQP and PPAP submissions
