Quality Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities across major UK infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with client and industry standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports project delivery through effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and Health & Safety standards.
- Manage quality documentation, audits, and customer inspections.
- Drive root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee ISO 9001 QMS across multiple sites.
- Support tenders and align customer quality requirements with capabilities.
- Represent the business in client quality meetings and external audits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Quality Management or related field.
- Strong background in ISO 9001, QA/QC, and multi-site quality leadership.
- Proven ability to improve systems, manage audits, and lead cross-functional teams.
