NOW HIRING – Quality/Safety Inspector

2pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday we also have 3rd shift open 10pm - 6:30am Mon-Fri

⚠️ Overtime may sometimes be necessary and required

We are currently seeking a Quality/Safety Inspector to join our team! This position is responsible for ensuring quality and safety procedures are followed throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and safety procedures, instructions, and tests are properly followed

• Audit and monitor quality checks on components, sub-assemblies, and finished products

• Perform visual inspections and measurement testing to verify specifications and tolerances

• Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (Material Rejection Notices) when necessary

• Investigate production line failures and communicate adjustments needed to management and maintenance teams

• Maintain and enforce all quality, safety, and workplace regulations

• Assist in developing and implementing food safety programs

• Other duties as assigned

✅ Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience (open for discussion)

• Must be able to use a tape measure and other measuring tools accurately

• Knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety procedures is a plus

• Food safety experience is a plus

• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Team player with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
