Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing team! Established in 1977, we're currently a small job shop operating in an AS9100 certified environment. Our focus is precision machined products and the individual we seek will serve a key role within the company.

Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of GD&T with experience setting up and utilizing various measuring instruments such as; bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, e.t.c..

Responsibilities:

• Layout and perform first piece inspections
• Participate in routine mechanical inspections and receiving inspections
• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, strong mathematical skills are necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Bonus Qualifications:

• CMM experience is
• Perform Calibration and maintain records
• Knowledge of Quality Management System in an AS9100 environment

Pay varies significantly DOE
