Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional sorting and inspection of aluminum knuckles and control arms.
- Focus on identifying surface and machining defects, deep ejector pin marks, and imperfections under black light.
- Must ensure accurate segregation of defective and acceptable parts per client standards.
Technical & Industry Experience:
- 13 years minimum experience in quality inspection or visual sorting (automotive or metal manufacturing ).
- Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of machined aluminum and metal parts
- Skilled in identifying defects such as ejector pin marks, cracks, burrs, porosity, and surface irregularities
- Familiarity with black light (UV) inspection tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Experience in Automotive / Metal Mechanic Manufacturing

Project Duration: Ongoing weekly sorting project (CURRENT PROJECT)
- Note: This is a 1099 contract role project duration may vary based on client needs
Shift Hours:
- Inspectors may be scheduled 24 days per week; Shifts will be either 8 hours or 12 hours per day; Weekly hours may range from 16 to 48 hours per inspector, depending on production needs and rotation schedules. (CURRENT PROJECT)
- Note: As a 1099 contractor, project schedules may vary depending on site availability
