Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Perform visual and dimensional sorting and inspection of aluminum knuckles and control arms.
  • Focus on identifying surface and machining defects, deep ejector pin marks, and imperfections under black light.
  • Must ensure accurate segregation of defective and acceptable parts per client standards.

Technical & Industry Experience:

  • 13 years minimum experience in quality inspection or visual sorting (automotive or metal manufacturing ).
  • Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of machined aluminum and metal parts
  • Skilled in identifying defects such as ejector pin marks, cracks, burrs, porosity, and surface irregularities
  • Familiarity with black light (UV) inspection tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Experience in Automotive / Metal Mechanic Manufacturing

Job Type: 1099 Contractor

Project Duration: Ongoing weekly sorting project (CURRENT PROJECT)

  • Note: This is a 1099 contract role project duration may vary based on client needs

Shift Hours:

  • Inspectors may be scheduled 24 days per week; Shifts will be either 8 hours or 12 hours per day; Weekly hours may range from 16 to 48 hours per inspector, depending on production needs and rotation schedules. (CURRENT PROJECT)
    • Note: As a 1099 contractor, project schedules may vary depending on site availability
