Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to join their quality team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for investing in its people, maintaining high manufacturing standards, and producing safety-critical components.
The Role\n
You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and industry standards through thorough inspection and verification activities.

Key responsibilities include:
\n
- \n
- Carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections of machined components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Using a range of inspection equipment including verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges and CMM (experience beneficial)
- Completing inspection reports and quality documentation accurately
- Identifying and reporting non-conformances
- Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions where required
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards

About You\n
We're looking for someone who has:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in a Quality Inspector role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience inspecting machined components
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong knowledge of manual inspection equipment
- Experience using CMMs would be advantageous
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working within ISO 9001 or API-controlled environments is desirable
