Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector verify and monitor the entire production process. This position will ensure that all materials are manufactured and identified correctly and within the established timeframe, consistently adhering to quality standards. PV Hardware (PVH) is a leading provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market. Our product portfolio includes trackers, fixed structures, and SCADA systems, designed to optimize the performance and reliability of solar energy projects worldwide. Qualifications: Education: Degree in relevant studies is . Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges; dimensional analysis. Background in ISO 9001, NCR investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. (Nice to have) Technical skills: Microsoft Office, inspection documentation, audit support. Experience: Experience in a similar role in a Manufactuing environment is nice to have. Responsibilities: Checking all the manufactured materials, identifying possible incidents and collaborating in their resolution so that it is carried out in the shortest possible time. Supervise that all materials are properly labeled to be able to identify them at all times during the different stages of the production process. Check the status of the MMPP received and register them in the system. Execution of Production Orders associated with each order by the customer. Supervise and coordinate the dispatch of finished or semi-finished materials, resolving the incidents detected and ensuring their correct registration in the system. Ensure, together with the quality department, compliance with quality standards, with the main objective being the "protection of the end customer". Collaborate in the improvement of production indicators, OEE, etc., in order to ensure the correct efficiency of the equipment. Inventory balances of both MMPP and finished products. Other responsibilities may be added in the future as deemed necessary by the role. Key interlocutors: Production Team. Warehouse Attendants. Suppliers. Other colleagues from quality department.
