Pay Range: $21–$30/hr (ideal $26–$28/hr)

About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team supporting advanced electrical assemblies. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards for cable and wire harnesses, enclosures, and electrical components. You’ll perform inspections throughout the production process and collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections of wiring, cable assemblies, and enclosures.
• Use precision measurement and electrical testing tools (Multimeters, Voltmeters, Micrometers, Calipers, Plug Gages).
• Document inspection results, identify non-conformances, and assist with root cause analysis.
• Verify compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications to confirm product quality.
• Maintain accurate QA records and follow ISO 9001 procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical or mechanical inspection.
• IPC certification and
• Experience with WHMA-A-620 standards.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and IPC standards.
• Experience with electrical test equipment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems .

• Background in defense, automotive, aerospace, or medical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 processes.
