Title: Quality Inspector
Duration : Full Time- Direct hire

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Inspection: Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections on complex aerospace components.
- The Toolbox: Utilize a wide range of precision instruments including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height stands, and CMM equipment.
- Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) with 100% accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection reports and certifications to ensure full traceability, complying with AS9100 standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our CNC Machinists and Programmers to troubleshoot deviations and maintain our high "right the first time" rate.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in Quality Inspection within a machine shop environment (Aerospace or Medical background highly ).
- Sharp Eye: An uncompromising eye for detail and a "safety-first" mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical inspection techniques.
- Integrity: The backbone to pull a part that doesn't meet spec—quality is our promise to the front line.
