We have an opening for a 2nd Shift QC Inspector. Candidates must have experience in quality control and be familiar with using QC tools.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Rate: $19.00/hour

Hours: 2nd shift 2:00PM -10:30PM

Location: Corona, CA

Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure that all production—start-up, in-process, and final—meets customer specifications and requirements. The role includes creating and maintaining all related documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that new production jobs meet customer requirements (material, , size, additives, assemblies, packaging, etc.)
• Ensure operators comply with in-process procedures (trimming, assembling, packing, etc.)
• Identify and document non-conforming material or products
• Maintain samples for start-up and final products
• Perform customer-mandated testing and maintain related documentation
• Collaborate with operators, lead persons, mold techs, and Quality Manager
• Maintain all quality control documentation

Requirements:

• Able to read and write English
• Computer literate
• 6 months of inspection or operator experience
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and customer drawings
• Experience using inspection measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators, bore gauges, etc.)
• Familiarity with quality practices and procedures (sampling plans, tolerances, functional testing, visual inspection)
• ISO experience is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to document all aspects of quality procedures including start-up, in-process, and final inspection, corrective actions, testing, and labeling
