We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to join our team in Hudson, NH. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of 1–2 days per week on an as-needed basis.

- Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in Hudson, NH and surrounding areas.
- Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
- Verify safety wire , correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications
- Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)
- Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects
- Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances
- Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods
- Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
- Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
- Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate workplace conflicts effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620
- Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering
- Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing
- Preferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector
50% hourly rate for any travel time ("p2p")Mileage reimbursement at the US gov't rate ($0.70 per mile driven). Untaxed.Note:
