Quality Inspector on required by growing  manufacturing company, for their site in Amersham. The successful Quality Inspector will have a  hands-on role inspecting precision machined components and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Inspector

Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Operate CMM equipment and generate inspection reports
Identify and report non-conforming products
Raise NCRs where required
Support production with first-off and in-process inspections
Maintain accurate quality records and traceability
Conduct goods-in inspections when needed
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Inspector

A background in a Quality Inspector role gained within a manufacturing/engineering or equivalent environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good understanding of GD&T
Hands-on CMM experience
Proficient with micrometers, verniers, height gauges, bore gauges and other inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
