Fennell Spring is looking for Skilled Quality Inspector/technician to join our team. You will play an integral role to ensure insuring our parts meet the specifications and quality standards our customers require throughout the world-wide market.

Responsibilities:

• Perform First article and Final inspections on all Finished products
• Record inspection results and data accurately
• Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot possible quality concerns and defects
• Participate in routine visual inspections for workmanship
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as quality inspector/technician
• Experience with vision systems and related testing equipment related
• Ability to analyze and understand drawings specifications in both standard and metric
• Basic math skills related to drawing specifications
• Strong attention to detail and decision making skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ISO quality standards and processes
